Complaints / Content Removal Policy
- We permit the reporting of content that may be illegal or otherwise violates our site Standards.
- All reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five business days.
- Review Process: Upon receiving a complaint, our team will thoroughly review the reported content against our established Standards and applicable laws. We may contact you for further information if needed.
- Appeals Process: If you disagree with a decision made regarding a content removal request, you have the right to appeal. Details on how to initiate an appeal will be provided with our decision notification.
- Appeals Policy: If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal the removal of such content, please notify us by sending an email to appeals@cathouselive.com. Should there be a disagreement regarding an appeal, you agree that such disagreement may be resolved by a neutral body.
